Warranty terms

Our warranty strictly covers technical glitches and factory defects. To stay covered, please keep the following in mind:
Original buyer only
This warranty is only valid for the original customer who purchased directly from us. It does not transfer to second-hand purchases or third-party resellers without an original contract.
Proper use
We can’t cover issues caused by misuse, poor handling, faulty electrical setups, or lack of maintenance.
Physical damage
Any damage from drops, hits, scratches, or other accidents caused by the user is not covered.
How to start
a claim?
If your gear hits a snag due to a factory defect within the warranty period, just reach out to our support team with your customer contract number of purchase to get the technical review started.
